Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Your payment must be paid in full to be considered registered for the program.

All 250 hours of the course must be completed to receive a “Certificate of Completion” with the Feet for Life – School of Podortho Foot Specialists Course expectations are achieving 70% or greater on the exam. Practical skills evaluation checklist must be complete in full and signed by your facilitator. All practical skills must be achieved. All chapter assignments must be submitted by the student to facilitator in one typed document outlined in your student guide and complete in their entirety. There is no time limit to complete your program, however, if it has not been completed within one year of registration date additional administrative fee’s many apply. Regular communication with your facilitator is encouraged so they are kept informed as to your expected completion date.

All fees are non-refundable once received. If you are not able to attend after payment due to an emergency, you may re-apply with program facilitator (Erin King’s) approval to an upcoming class space permitting.

Students will be expected to attend the theory portion of this program on the date the student signed up for at the location purchased and will ensure they have looked up the address location. Class locations can be found on the Feet for Life School of Podortho Foot Specialists website at www.ofcassociation.ca/education to confirm where I need to be. Classes begin on the weekend you signed up for commencing on Saturday at 10am-4pm and Sunday 9am-2pm. Course materials will be provided by the facilitator on the first day of class and not be-fore. Students will dress comfortably for in-class portion and bring a lunch. We are socially distancing classrooms and would like students to wear a mask and a temperature check will be done by the facilitator. In the event the student is presenting with symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed they will agree to reschedule with the program coordinator Erin King and contact her immediately so she can reserve a later date for the student to complete the program and notify their facilitator.
